Sales Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our Commercial team.
This role will be responsible for driving new business and expanding our footprint in the commercial and multifamily sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities in the commercial and multifamily roofing markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Create and deliver accurate project estimates and detailed proposals.
- Manage CRM activities to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team for smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of commercial or multifamily sales experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid role with remote flexibility.
- Travel required within the Chicagoland area.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
