The Front Desk Coordinator at Austin INFINITI serves as the welcoming presence of our establishment, creating the initial impression for our clientele. It is essential to have a dependable individual in this role throughout operational hours.

This position provides significant opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Our ideal candidate will consistently exhibit a friendly demeanor, adeptly manage multiple tasks, engage with customers both over the phone and in person, all while maintaining a positive attitude. The ability to swiftly adapt to changing responsibilities and pace is crucial.

Customer satisfaction is the foremost priority for the Front Desk Coordinator. It is vital to convey this commitment to each visitor with the highest level of respect and pride in representing Austin INFINITI. With a supportive team and a high average tenure, fostering a welcoming environment will be one of the most rewarding aspects of this role.

Applicants should possess a cheerful, approachable personality and demonstrate strong organizational skills. Being a team player and capable of juggling various tasks is essential.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and directing incoming phone inquiries
  • Providing essential information as required
  • Welcoming customers with a friendly smile
  • Performing data entry tasks
  • Assisting with light filing duties
  • Holding a valid driver's license for a minimum of one year
  • Being at least 18 years of age to qualify
Part-Time Work Schedules:
  • Schedule 1
    • Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM
    • Rotating Tuesday off
    • Alternating Saturdays off
    • Sundays off
  • Schedule 2
    • Monday-Friday 1:30 PM - 7:00 PM
    • Rotating Tuesdays off
    • Alternating Saturdays off
    • Sundays off
Compensation:
  • $20 per hour
