Job Title: Center Director RN

Are you a motivated and experienced RN looking for a challenging role in a dynamic healthcare environment? We are seeking a skilled Center Director RN to lead our team at our Ambulatory Surgery Center in Towson, MD.

Job Summary:

The Center Director RN will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our center, ensuring high-quality patient care, and collaborating with our medical staff and directors to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure efficient and effective management of resources.
  • Collaborate with Medical Directors, Board Members, and other directors to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Direct supervision of nursing and patient care staff.
  • Oversee medical staff and allied health credentialing and human resources.
  • Participate in the center's Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Committee (QAPI).
  • Manage services provided by contracted vendors.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to meet regulatory and accrediting organization requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (Master's Degree preferred).
  • Licensed RN in Maryland.
  • At least five years of healthcare management experience.
  • At least one year of experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center.
  • CPR and ACLS certifications.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated experience in problem-solving, data collection, and error correction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy.
