Treatment Center Director/Program Director Job Description

MedMark Treatment Centers is seeking an experienced and skilled Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead our Opiate Treatment Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of nurses, counselors, and auxiliary staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance, increase patient census, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the OTP Medical Director, Psychiatric consultant, and Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with federal, state, and CARF/JCAHO regulations.
  • Develop and maintain policy and procedure manuals, and ensure all staff are trained and compliant with company policies.
  • Participate in community relations, education, and development activities to drive census growth and maintain a strong reputation in the community.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, operational efficiencies, and process improvements to enhance clinic performance.
Requirements:
  • Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program, preferably in substance abuse treatment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong understanding of clinic operations, HIPAA, federal, state, and CARF standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and manage personnel.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to recommend alternative solutions, execute, and monitor.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and generate ideas and benefits for the company.
  • Customer service-focused, eager, and energetic.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
