Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Virtual Care Specialist. As a key member of our telehealth team, you will provide high-quality patient care services through a remote technology platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients ranging in age 18 months and above, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
  • Document patient encounters using an electronic health record (EHR) and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to provide patient-centered care and ensure the highest standard of care is provided at all times.
  • Work independently, prioritizing and solving problems, taking initiative, and advocating for patients and the practice.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Unrestricted license in two of the states listed and ability to obtain multi-state/compact privileges and licensure in non-compact states as required by the business.
  • Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Education

Completion of a Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role required.
