Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner. This is a unique opportunity to work in a remote setting, providing high-quality patient care to individuals across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and manage patients with primary care, acute, and chronic conditions, providing holistic and evidence-based care.
  • Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of health problems.
  • Document patient encounters and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Work independently, prioritizing and solving problems, and advocating for patients and the practice.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
  • Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work independently and practice autonomously.
  • Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Initiative, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and flexibility.
Work Environment
