Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service and lead by example, ensuring that all Guest Services associates provide a positive and welcoming experience for our guests.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of Guest Services associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Guest Services department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that our guests receive a high level of service.
  • Customer Feedback: Monitor and respond to customer feedback, using it to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and ensuring that all products are properly stocked and displayed.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain the appearance of the store, including the Guest Services area, ensuring that it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including store management, associates, and guests, to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned with our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 1-3 years of leadership experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive and welcoming experience for our guests.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect.
