Job Summary:

The Financial Project Coordinator will work with project managers to handle accounting tasks, including job setup, subcontract management, and compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and intermediate Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Issue billings based on contract terms and costs.
  • Review and interpret job cost information.
  • Submit invoices for approval before issuance.
  • Create job cost substantiations.
  • Process and maintain contract documents, billing requests, and correspondence.

Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or construction.
  • Ability to read and analyze contracts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
