Quality Assurance Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to collaborate with our development, project, and product teams to ensure the quality of our enterprise testing and scripting in our WMS Environment.

This individual will work closely with stakeholders to identify and address issues specific to WMS environments, provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risk assessments, and conduct thorough testing of Korber by designing, developing, and executing test cases based on functional/technical requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a background in WMS & Supply Chain Environments, with 3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst, and programming skills with C# and SQL/PL-SQL Or T-SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and develop effective test strategies
  2. Participate in all phases of the SDLC to ensure quality throughout the development process
  3. Design, develop, and execute test cases based on functional/technical requirements
  4. Conduct manual/automated testing to validate software performance and functionality
  5. Create/maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports

Preferred Skills:

  1. Familiarity with performance testing and load testing tools
  2. Knowledge of ASP.NET with JavaScript, CSS, JSON, Ajax, XML, SignalR, etc.
  3. QA or Software Testing Certs - ISTQB, CSTE
