Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing patches, fixes, and ensuring compliance for all assigned systems.
  • Planning, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various Microsoft Server products and network storage solutions.
  • Assisting users with account management, enterprise applications, desktop software, and peripheral devices.
  • Collaborating with the Information System Security Officer for data transfers and media creation.
  • Coordinating user account creation and modifications.
  • Performing additional hardware and software tasks as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution; 2 additional years of experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Compliance with DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level II or higher.
  • Proficient technical skills in one or more of the following platforms: Microsoft Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, MS Hyper-V, VMware, and enterprise networking solutions.
  • Familiarity with security toolkits, SEIMs, and access control concepts.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must possess an active/valid TS/SCI-eligible clearance.
  • Willingness to undergo a Counterintelligence polygraph examination.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for approximately 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move within the office environment to access necessary equipment and communicate with colleagues.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
