We are seeking a compassionate LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team, providing medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

The ideal candidate will maintain a current state license as a professional LPN, demonstrate effective communication skills, and possess good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines
  • Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration
  • Demonstrating organizational skills around time management
  • Monitoring the performance of caregivers to assure quality care
  • Educating residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Promoting the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascades of Chesterley

We offer a competitive wage of $35.00/hour, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, career pathways, and education assistance.
