Qualifications:
• Current and unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in geriatric nursing, with 1 year of supervisor/management experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing needs, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
