Position Available: Nurse Manager for our upcoming Detox and Residential treatment facility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate medical care to all clients.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination of care among medical staff, clinical teams, external healthcare providers, and pharmacies.
  • Manage medication inventory, documentation, lab shipments, and medical supplies.
  • Lead and supervise nursing and medical support personnel, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain and enhance medical workflow processes and regularly review operational protocols.
  • Ensure adherence to medical documentation standards through routine chart audits.

Qualifications

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice, or compact licensure with multistate privileges; BSN preferred.
  • Preferred experience in the substance use treatment sector.
  • 2-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with critical thinking abilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with a commitment to excellence in patient care.
