Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate workers' compensation claims from initial report to closure, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Process and manage claims data, including demographic information, insurance details, and medical records.
  • Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to resolve claims-related issues and obtain necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims activity, including correspondence, phone calls, and meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claims processing and resolution.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or in a healthcare setting.
  • High school education required; ABM/MAB/CPI certificate (90 days upon hire) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require heavy lifting and perceptive acuity.
