We are seeking a highly motivated and people-oriented professional to join our dynamic team in supporting customers of a global giant in the streaming media and entertainment industry. As an onsite customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service by phone, email or instant message to consumers, serving as their primary contact for inbound customer issues.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of call center experience, excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction, and a strong knowledge of the company's products, services, and business operations. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer navigation and operation skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
