Records Management Associate

The Records Management Associate will play a critical role in maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Key responsibilities include:
- Recording day-to-day financial transactions relating to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Posting customer payments, collections, credit application processing, and timely delivery of invoices to customers.
- Daily bank reconciliations.
- Enter and reconcile all credit card charges.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory lists.
The ideal candidate will have high capacity for attention to detail, ability to work under limited supervision, self-prioritize tasks, and provide excellent written and verbal communication skills. A college degree or equivalent experience in accounting or a related field is preferred, along with minimum 2 years' experience in QuickBooks and Excel. Hubspot experience is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including fully paid healthcare, retirement plan, and paid time off.
