In today's complex landscape of information, the role of a seasoned intelligence analyst is crucial for extracting and interpreting data that leads to informed decision-making. As a Senior Counterproliferation Analyst, you will leverage your expertise and meticulous attention to detail to provide actionable intelligence and context to key stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive all-source analytic production with a primary focus on Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD).
- Engage in CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives) analysis to support military and strategic objectives.
- Participate in intelligence collection efforts aligned with both strategic and tactical priorities.
- Analyze WMD threats, the interplay of CBRNE and counterthreat dynamics, missile systems, and advanced weaponry.
- Produce written intelligence assessments adhering to Intelligence Community (IC) Tradecraft Standards, utilizing diverse intelligence resources.
- Deliver briefings and written products to senior Department of Defense (DoD) officials, including white papers and regional threat assessments.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in all-source intelligence analysis and familiarity with intelligence systems.
- Expertise in collecting and analyzing CBRNE data to inform counterproliferation strategies.
- Strong background in threat network analysis and knowledge of both state and non-state threat actors.
- Understanding of military planning and intelligence support.
- Ability to provide strategic insights and technical guidance to defense policymakers.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a willingness to undergo a polygraph examination.
- A Bachelor's degree with 17+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 12+ years of experience in all-source intelligence.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information, including a TS/SCI clearance.
