Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement custom pipelines for quality control and end-to-end analysis of large datasets.
  • Analyze and interpret complex genomic data, including single-cell RNA-seq, bulk RNA-seq, and CITE-seq datasets.
  • Collaborate with experimental researchers to design and optimize experiments and analyze results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in biology, bioinformatics, biotechnology, bioengineering, or related fields, or equivalent education with 0-2 years of work experience in bioinformatics.
  • Demonstrated fluency in R and Python 3.
  • Proficiency with Linux/Unix shell scripting (e.g., bash).
Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is from $68,161.60 to $102,211.20. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, life, disability, retirement, family life support, employee assistance program, onsite health clinic, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and partially paid sabbatical leave.
