- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Software Suite, and experience with LEAN manufacturing practices and continuous improvement concepts.
