About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our Consolidation Department at our manufacturing plant. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Lead a team of 7-10 direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot production, equipment, and systems problems, and develop solutions to resolve them.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and safety, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Software Suite, and experience with LEAN manufacturing practices and continuous improvement concepts.
