We are seeking a highly skilled Water Restoration Supervisor to join our team at SERVPRO - JWilCo Enterprises, LLC. As a Water Restoration Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing crews removing water and providing dry out after a water event in residential homes or businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise technicians performing dry out activities in residential and commercial building structures.
  • Demonstrate and train other team members to proper industry work standards and expectations.
  • Oversee job files for proper documentation and ensure work vehicles are properly loaded with equipment, cleaning products, and supplies needed for each project.
  • Assist in maintaining clean and organized work vehicles and equipment appearance.
  • Communicate with upper management and other teammates to maintain efficient work processes.
  • Oversee proper end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, leaving the jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of current or previous supervisory experience in residential or commercial water restoration.
  • WRT & ASD IICRC Certifications.
  • Effective understanding of basic English oral and written communication.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., under cabinets, attics).
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.
  • Ability to work in cold or hot conditions.
  • Ability to travel during the day locally to various jobsites.

Benefits:

Pay Rate: Starts at $22.00/hour based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay, and increases based on merit and obtaining company-paid industry cleaning certifications.

Hours: Full-time Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm (occasional after-hours on-call rotation).
