As a key member of the JAY MARTINEZ - State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the community. Your primary objective will be to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance, to individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Needs-Based Review: Conduct customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Marketing and Sales: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Competitive Compensation: Enjoy hourly pay plus commission/bonus opportunities.
- Professional Growth: Receive training and support to help you achieve your career goals and advance within the agency.
- Sales Experience: Possess sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Insurance Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of insurance products and their benefits.
- Language Skills: Be proficient in Spanish, as this is a bilingual role.
- Licenses: Hold a valid Life and Health license, as well as a Personal Lines license.
