We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Service Assistant to join our team at WOB Bar & Kitchen. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, working closely with the servers and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in setting up the restaurant for opening and closing shifts
  • Welcome customers as they enter the restaurant and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Support the service team in delivering excellent customer service, including running food and drinks to tables and assisting with pre-bussing and bussing
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to our Safety and Sanitation Policy
  • Participate in team efforts to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
  • Outgoing and friendly personality with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Food and alcohol awareness certification (obtained within 30 days of hire)
