About the Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Administration Support Lead to join our team at Pride Health. The successful candidate will have experience in administrative roles, particularly within healthcare settings, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating patient appointments and scheduling clinic visits
  • Managing logistics for surgeries and related procedures
  • Providing top-notch customer service to patients, doctors, and medical staff
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records and files

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in healthcare or surgical settings
  • Experience coordinating at surgery centers is highly preferred

Benefits and Salary:

Pride Health offers a salary range of $20 - $23.50 per hour and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as life and disability insurance.
