**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. As a key member of our East Coast sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving significant growth in the financial crime risk management market.

In this exciting and fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to leverage the latest technology and sales infrastructure to achieve outstanding results. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities through targeted outbound activities and collaborate with your SDR counterpart to build a quality pipeline.

You will work closely with senior decision-makers at Fintechs, Payments Companies, Traditional banks, and Credit Unions to qualify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals. Additionally, you will be expected to effectively manage your pipeline, prioritize the right deals, and create urgency to drive consistent overachievement against quarterly targets.

**About You:*

  • You have a proven track record of generating new business within a corporate, SaaS, B2B sales environment.
  • You possess a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably with at least 3 years in B2B compliance/regulatory or cloud/SaaS solutions for the financial services industry.
  • You have experience in solution/value-based selling and extracting maximum value from clients.
  • You have a strong passion for execution and can think target-oriented.

The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $145,000 + commission (double OTE), equity, and US benefits.
