At Guidehouse, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Crime Prevention Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in fraud prevention and mitigation to contribute to the delivery of solutions and services to clients.

We are looking for someone who can provide expert-level guidance on fraud business and technology domain knowledge to existing projects. You will be responsible for managing teams that assist clients through the selection, implementation, testing, and calibration/tuning of fraud technology solutions.

This role requires strong analytical skills, as you will need to analyze data and analytical models to introduce new opportunities to combat fraud across various business use cases. Additionally, you will be responsible for following firm risk management protocols to ensure quality of all client deliverables.

A bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience assisting in large-scale projects within financial services with minimal guidance. Fraud experience working for a financial institution, FinTech, consulting firm, or vendor supporting financial services is also necessary.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of defining solutions for fraud typologies across various customer use cases and familiarity with advanced analytics methodologies used to combat customer and/or payments fraud. Experience using SQL Query, Python, or R for data analysis is also required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $125,600 - $188,400, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, Rx, dental, and vision insurance, personal and family sick time, company-paid holidays, parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, and more.
