About the Role: We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious Account Executive to join our team at ComplyAdvantage. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for driving growth and exceeding targets in the financial crime risk industry.

Job Description: As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through targeted outbound activities and working closely with your SDR counterpart. You will also engage with senior decision-makers at Fintechs, Payments Companies, Traditional banks, and Credit Unions to qualify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:*

  • Generate new business opportunities from targeted outbound activities
  • Network and gain referrals to expand your pipeline
  • Engage with senior decision-makers to qualify opportunities and close deals
  • Effectively manage pipeline and prioritize the right deals
  • Contribute valuable market and product intelligence to our Product and Strategy teams

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B compliance/regulatory or cloud/SaaS solutions for the financial services industry. You should have a strong track record of generating new business, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a consultative approach to closing deals.

What We Offer: At ComplyAdvantage, we offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $145,000 + commission (double OTE), equity, and US benefits.
