Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payload Integration Analyst to support the execution of Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) research and development (R&D) programs. The successful candidate will coordinate functions between government, contractor project leads and engineers, operational subject matter experts, warfighters, and military leaders involved in program planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new capabilities and define gaps in collaboration with customers.
  • Support and coordinate technical reviews, data analysis, and reports.
  • Develop acquisition and technical documentation.
  • Serve as the payload systems engineering, sensor tracking, and data fusion focal point.
  • Support and provide insight to determine the effectiveness of project execution.
  • Work with project management and task leads to develop out-year planning for future capabilities.
  • Analyze contractor proposals.
  • Develop, execute, monitor, and report status on multiple assigned project task efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems or Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
  • Ten or more years of experience in Payload Integration and/or Sensor Systems Engineering.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating operations across multiple organizational boundaries.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, schedule-constrained, and complex security environment.
