  • Investigate and resolve billing issues, coverage questions, claims disputes, and other member concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Clearly articulate the specifics of insurance benefits, policy coverage, and procedural guidelines to members, aiding them in understanding their plans and accessing necessary services.
  • Assist members with the claims process, including monitoring claim statuses, clarifying claim outcomes, and facilitating follow-ups or appeals as needed.
  • Maintain thorough records of member interactions, documenting inquiries, issues, and resolutions in accordance with company policies.
  • Comply with regulatory standards and internal policies, staying updated on changes in commercial insurance regulations.

  • Identify and suggest opportunities for process enhancements to improve the overall customer service experience.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially within healthcare or insurance environments.
