Job Summary

Candler County Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
  • Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to a culture of excellence
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN program)
  • Current RN license in good standing with the State licensing board
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required - ACLS/PALS depending on department
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
