Job Title: Registered Nurse

Candler County Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Document patient information and progress
  • Participate in performance improvement activities
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (RN Program)
  • Current RN license, in good standing with the State licensing board
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required - ACLS/PALS depending on department
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:

The Registered Nurse will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on providing high-quality patient care. You will be exposed to patient elements, including prolonged standing and walking, and may be required to lift 25 or more pounds using proper lifting techniques.
