As a Pool Concierge, you will embody the essence of our exceptional service and culinary offerings while ensuring a pristine environment for our guests. Your attentive and personalized service will make each guest feel valued and special. This is a Part-Time Seasonal role.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome guests with warmth, sharing comprehensive knowledge of menu selections, preparation techniques, beverage offerings, and specialty items. Take and process guest orders, prepare basic beverages, serve food and drinks, and maintain cleanliness.
- Address guests' poolside needs, including providing fresh towels, adjusting seating arrangements, selling retail items, and ensuring the pool area remains immaculate.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and service requests.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols when handling food and beverages, serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in compliance with regulations.
- Competitive hourly wage plus tips.
- Seasonal employment from May through September.

- At least one year of experience in food and beverage service.
- Experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred, but not mandatory.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Possession of a California RBS Certificate.
- Valid Food Handler's Card.
