Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Operate the dish machine efficiently, ensuring that all dishes are washed and sanitized to the highest standards.
  • Restock kitchen and cook line as needed throughout the shift.
  • Participate in general cleaning of the restaurant, including floors, walls, and equipment.
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including the dish area, storage areas, and walk-in refrigerators.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant, preferably in a kitchen role.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds, with regular use of hands to finger handles or feels objects, tools, or controls.
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments, with regular exposure to cleaning chemicals and sanitizers.
