Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Dave & Buster's. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, flatware, and glassware to ensure a high level of quality and safety.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain a clean and organized dishroom.
  • Sort and store dishes, flatware, and glassware in a manner that prevents breakage and ensures efficient use of space.
  • Assist with line maintenance, sweeping, and clearing dirty dishes.
  • Participate in the maintenance of kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls, and drains.
  • Assist with some prep and banquet items as directed by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or dishroom environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
