Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track associate productivity and production rates to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Analyze open work order data to prioritize production runs and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Train new and existing associates on production procedures and policies.
  • Manage supplies and inventory to minimize waste and optimize production.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift (8 hours).
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Working Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced production environment with frequent standing, walking, and lifting. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals.
