We are seeking a highly skilled Security and Fire Lead System Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing access control, CCTV, intrusion alarm, and intercom system projects.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement access control, CCTV, intrusion alarm, and intercom system projects with assigned customers.
- Perform or delegate tasks as required to implement and fully complete assigned projects, including hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, system and network commissioning, and project closeout.
- Ensure proper execution of warranty and maintain an effective balance between customer satisfaction and project financial results.
- Provide work direction to subcontractors, electrical installers, technicians, designers, and administration as vital.
- Ensure work performed is in compliance with state, local, and Federal legal requirements and operates on the job with the highest of ethics.
- 2-5 years' experience with installation and service of access control, CCTV, intrusion, and intercom systems.
- Experience with C-Cure, Kantech, and Lenel for access control, Milestone, Genetec, and Exacq for CCTV, Commend for Intercom, and all other types of network installations.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate a high level of customer service.
- Solid understanding of IT network systems and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand complex building architectural, mechanical, and electrical documents, as well as project plans, specifications, schedules, and equipment installation/operation/fixing manual.
We offer a competitive benefits package and a salary range of $67,500 - $93,000, determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
