Key Responsibilities:

  • Infuse our Customer CARE program into the store culture by genuinely connecting with customers, building relationships, and driving retail sales.
  • Believe that customers are the most important individuals to our business and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Meet store-specific sales goals and Crown Rewards program enrollment targets.
  • Assist management in developing and training staff on new products and processes.
  • Provide supervision and managerial support in the absence of the store manager and assistant store manager.
  • Learn and efficiently use our register system to ensure a positive point of sale experience for customers.
  • Utilize outstanding selling skills to build sales and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively learn retail product knowledge to use when selling to customers.
  • Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business.
  • Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds.
