Job Title: Maintenance & Repair Operations Specialist

Join The Spear Group, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company, as a Maintenance & Repair Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our pharma manufacturing site's preventive and corrective maintenance area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage spare parts inventory to improve site reliability and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Interact with employees to troubleshoot inventory management and continuous improvement project work.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and coordinate safety, environmental compliance programs, and regulatory inspections.
  • Participate in root cause investigations, evaluate business processes, and develop improvements.
  • Provide reports, data, and information to support ongoing operations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of warehousing and inventory management experience
  • Sourcing and procurement of MRO items
  • Pallet jack operation and safety experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Good interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
