Join The Spear Group, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company, as a Maintenance & Repair Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our pharma manufacturing site's preventive and corrective maintenance area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage spare parts inventory to improve site reliability and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Interact with employees to troubleshoot inventory management and continuous improvement project work.
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and coordinate safety, environmental compliance programs, and regulatory inspections.
- Participate in root cause investigations, evaluate business processes, and develop improvements.
- Provide reports, data, and information to support ongoing operations.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of warehousing and inventory management experience
- Sourcing and procurement of MRO items
- Pallet jack operation and safety experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
