Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our mobile sterile processing departments, which are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and technology. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service, ensuring that their facilities are equipped with the latest technology and best practices. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety, and you'll be responsible for completing installation, quarterly preventative maintenance, commissioning, and decommissioning events in accordance with customer needs and specifications. You'll also be responsible for managing the customer relationship while the unit is deployed, acting as a liaison and holding regular meetings for progress reporting. Additionally, you'll perform quarterly and annual maintenance activities for deployed mobile units, ensuring that they are always in top working condition. Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete installation, quarterly preventative maintenance, commissioning, and decommissioning events in accordance with customer needs and specifications
  • Manage the customer relationship while the unit is deployed, acting as a liaison and holding regular meetings for progress reporting
  • Perform quarterly and annual maintenance activities for deployed mobile units
  • Direct onsite trade workers to make all final connections from facility or source
  • Perform in-services on operations of the Mobile SPD
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of technical service experience, preferably with medical equipment
  • Completion of mechanical, electrical, or electronic technical school training preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Working knowledge of installation processes, including pre-installation requirements and construction (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
