Job Title: LPN Charge Nurse

Join National Church Residences as an LPN Charge Nurse and play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for supervising, providing, and directing nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct nursing care to ensure the highest level of quality and safety for our residents.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans based on each resident's needs, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Monitor diets and supervise meal trays and snacks served to residents, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in performance evaluations, provide coaching and training, and ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a vocational school of practical nursing.
  • One to two years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a senior living or hospice care environment.
  • Excellent communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and the Internet.
