  • Staff Education and Training: Provide training and education to staff members on risk management best practices, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Current RN License: Current, unencumbered RN license in this state.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification: Current CPR and first aid certification.
  • Nursing Administration Experience: 1 year of nursing administration experience.
  • RN Post-Acute or Assisted Living Experience: RN post-acute or assisted living experience required.
