Pharmacy Manager Job Description

As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care by processing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and providing health care guidance to customers. You will also drive sales and profitability in the pharmacy and over-the-counter areas, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies, and providing leadership and development opportunities for associates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
  • Pharmacy license
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program
  • Preferred qualifications: U.S. pharmacy related experience

Annual salary range: $112,000.00-$197,000.00, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and regional pay zone based on location, sales volume category, and complex structure.
