Pharmacy Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and drive sales and profitability in the pharmacy and over-the-counter areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care by processing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and counseling customers on their health care needs.
• Drive sales and profitability in the pharmacy and over-the-counter areas.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal policies.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Pharmacy license.
• Completed an ACPE accredited immunization training program.
• Preferred qualifications include U.S. pharmacy related experience.

Salary Range: $112,000.00-$197,000.00, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and regional pay zone based on location, sales volume category, and complex structure.
