Position Summary

The primary role of the Customer Service Associate is to deliver exceptional service to both external and internal customers of Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country. This involves utilizing comprehensive knowledge of our products and services while collaborating with the Business Support Services Team. Responsibilities include managing service and sales inquiries, handling multi-line phone systems, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer multi-line phone calls with professionalism and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Log and process service and sales requests efficiently.
  • Open and close office windows according to the established schedule.
  • Welcome customers and visitors, assess their needs, and guide them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage daily check processing and scanning.
  • Handle Equipment Service tickets, including equipment management on customer accounts.
  • Process walk-in sales transactions.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and fax communications.
  • Prepare outgoing mail using various mailing services.
  • Maintain cash box accuracy for front office invoices.
  • Process purchase orders and manage supplies for operations.
  • Coordinate office supply orders and uniform distribution.
  • Assist with donation preparations as per established procedures.
  • Support administrative tasks across departments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management in a courteous manner.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common objectives.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills.

Training Requirements

  • New Hire Orientation.
  • Interactive Safety Training.
  • Annual Diversity and Harassment Training.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in an office setting, maintaining a seated position for extended periods.
  • Engage in tasks that require walking, talking, and using hands for various operations.
  • Vision capabilities include close vision and focus for computer use.

Work Environment

  • The work environment may experience moderate noise levels due to operational equipment.
  • Work hours are typically scheduled between 6 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break and a standard 40-hour work week.
