About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant to join our team as a Senior Clinic Coordinator. In this key role, you will oversee patient care management for assigned clinics, collaborating closely with the Medical Director and Head Nurse to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

Main Duties:

  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels of medical supplies
  • Ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly and performing routine maintenance tasks as required
  • Patient intake, documentation, performing clinical tests, administering medications, and maintaining equipment and supplies
  • Administering prescribed medications and injections within scope of practice and TTUHSC policies

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and patient care protocols
  • Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and patient documentation
  • Able to perform Point-of-Care (POC) testing, Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs), and EKGs accurately
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with patients, physicians, and staff

Salary Information:

Estimated annual salary range: $50,000 - $60,000.
