About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Specialist to join our team as a Medical Assistant. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical facilities and providing exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include assisting with front and back office duties, preparing patients for exams, collecting vital signs, and processing test results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with front and back office duties, including preparing patients for exams and collecting vital signs.
  • Process and enter test results into the EMR system.
  • Communicate patient concerns and needs to healthcare providers in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive patient flow.

Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Graduate of a medical assistant program preferred.
  • One year of customer service experience and one year of physician office experience preferred.
  • CPR certification and CMA license highly preferred.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
