You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, focusing on generating qualified leads and improving deal closure rates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Development:
- Lead efforts to amplify and fortify our brand presence across diverse channels, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
- Oversee all social media platforms and outbound communication campaigns.
- Create a cohesive narrative and messaging framework that embodies our offerings and corporate mission.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to gather insights that inform our messaging, positioning, and overall marketing strategy, focusing on PACE and adjacent value-based care sectors.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with product teams to comprehend the value propositions of our offerings and synchronize on product launch timelines.
- Provide sales teams with core messaging and presentations that accurately reflect our offerings.
- Messaging Consistency:
- Establish and implement standardized messaging guidelines to ensure uniformity across all marketing materials and communications.
- Sales Support Materials:
- Collaborate with contracted designers to produce all sales presentations and collateral, including pitch decks and overview guides, to facilitate client engagement through our sales funnel.
- Lead Generation Campaigns:
- Design, execute, and refine outbound lead generation campaigns to enhance awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Website Management:
- Oversee the ongoing enhancement and updating of our website to ensure it aligns with our brand, is user-friendly, and effectively converts visitors into leads.
- Marketing Funnel Optimization:
- Maintain a robust marketing funnel by continuously monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing lead generation efforts.
- Coordinate preparations for all relevant conferences.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a marketing leader in the digital health sector.
- A minimum of 7 years in digital health marketing.
- A proven track record of successfully supporting marketing and go-to-market strategies for complex product launches.
- Experience collaborating with product teams to understand intricate products and create compelling messaging.
- A deep understanding of various healthcare models within the value-based care landscape.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to formulate detailed project and marketing plans.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to deliver consistent results independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in the United States.
