About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Curate a Beverage Program: Create an innovative beverage program that aligns with our culinary identity, including craft cocktails, wine, and spirits.
  • Lead and Mentor the Bar Staff: Foster a culture of excellence and ensure high-quality service by leading and mentoring our bar staff.
  • Manage Bar Inventory: Monitor stock levels, optimize purchasing, and minimize waste to control costs.

Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a high-end bar or restaurant.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines, and spirits, as well as exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a bar team.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and inventory control.
  • Liquor Laws and Regulations: Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
