Gallery Host

We are seeking a skilled Gallery Host to join our team at Kolter Hospitality Group. As a Gallery Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, processing check-ins and check-outs, and resolving guest issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
• Coordinate all guest requests
• Inform guests of hotel services, features, and room amenities
• Welcome guests by name whenever possible
• Prepare, set up, stock, take down, clean, and provide quality beverages and food products
• Set up and break down meeting space
• Prepare food for meetings and events
• Follow hotel rate structures, discounts, and sell/upsell strategies
• Perform cashiering tasks, including bill/invoice settlement, posting charges, and adjustments
• Know and carry out specified duties in response to fire alarms, guest medical emergencies, and security threats
• Cancel room reservations according to policy
• Report any items in need of repair
• Follow all safety procedures while working

• Able to work most weekends and holidays
• Report to work on time and in proper uniform
• Customer service experience in hospitality a plus
• No education requirements
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
• Occasional lifting, pushing, and pulling
