Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Beverage Server to join our team at Seminole Gaming. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take guest orders and serve drinks in a courteous and efficient manner, adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction in assigned areas and other areas as needed, adhering to state liquor laws and TIPS training guidelines.
  • Keep bar and service areas clean, sanitary, and organized at all times, adhering to beverage control procedures.
  • Adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures, demonstrating a commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
  • Promote positive guest and team member relations, performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of food or beverage serving experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
  • Casino experience preferred, with the ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to wear a minimum of 1 inch heels for an entire shift (Females Only).
Work Environment

The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced, and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including second-hand smoke and excessive noise.

Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
