Medical Receptionist for Healthcare Team

A successful candidate will be a professional, responsible, and patient-focused individual who can provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the medical clinic. As the first point of contact, you will take a proactive approach to problem-solving, organization, and time management to ensure the smooth, effective, and productive flow of the clinic.
The Front Desk Medical Receptionist will be responsible for various tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. These tasks include checking patients in and out, updating and filing patient medical records, returning patients' phone calls daily and timely, and answering the phone and greeting patients.
Required skills and qualifications include a high school or GED equivalent, a minimum of 1-year experience as a receptionist, bilingual skills in English and Spanish, excellent customer service skills, and computer literacy. A background check and drug screen are also required.
Professional competencies include excellent verbal and written communication skills, respect for patient confidentiality, and a compassionate and approachable demeanor. The ideal candidate will also have exceptional organizational skills to ensure exceptional patient care.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. A sign-on bonus of $750 is also offered to new hires.
